Ribble Weldtite Optimised by HUUB Design ft VeloSkin

You probably already know that the Ribble Weldtite boys are supported by us here at VeloSkin, as they test our skincare range to the absolute limit!

Well, now we can officially share with you the first glimpse of the 2020 kit they'll be racing in! We're so pleased to feature prominently on the front of the kit with our first venture into the professional peloton, and the kit in general looks absolutely fantastic, with some other really exciting partners involved, including Ribble Cycles, Weldtite, OnePro Nutrition and Abus Helmets.

Ribble Weldtite is the UK's number one ranked team for the third consecutive year, with 80 race victories both domestically and internationally.

HUUB has already developed a wealth of knowledge on the science of fabrics from the track, wind tunnel, and real world testing data from working with Ribble Weldtite riders such as Dan Bigham, Huub are now looking forward to driving this science onto the road. With Huub being a British brand focused on driving performance and not complying with the norms it is a natural fit for the Ribble Weldtite team. This is why the team is delighted to be ‘Optimized by HUUB’ as we seek to gain an advantage in 2020.

Dean Jackson, HUUB founder and CEO, commented, "It seemed a natural progression for HUUB to support the Ribble team. The HUUB Wattbike lads wanted to wear our time-saving kit on the road, having been heavily involved in our testing process, with the knowledge that the products will deliver a huge competitive advantage on the bike."

The team will be starting their season early at the inaugural edition of the Saudi Tour from 4th – 8th February. The Middle East stage race is centred around the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh with a combination of city and desert landscapes providing the backdrop, attracting some star riders who want to test their early-season form with warm temperatures and flat terrain.

You will frequently find the team at all of the races within the UK, from National Championships to local circuit races as well as competing internationally, participating in UCI professional races. The team has dynamic and ambitious plans after an impactful first year at UCI Continental level and plan to build on that for 2020 and take the team to the next level.

We're just waiting to see the 2020 bikes they'll be racing on now!
