Unfortunately, due to ongoing economical factors, our costs have increased significantly, crippling our worldwide service.

For the time being, you can shop on Amazon via Italy, Germany, Spain and France

We hope for a a swift resolution to this situation.

Returns

We cannot accept returns for opened or used items for health reasons.

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item for example).

We recommend that you return your order using a tracked service and keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. 

Please include your order reference number and name so we can allocate the correct refund.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the date we receive your package.

Import and Export Duties

If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be subject to any import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.

The customer agrees that as the importer of the goods they ordered, they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. The customer should also be aware that when shipping internationally, that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
